Program Details
- Who Qualifies: Low-income pet owners residing in Dorchester County, Maryland. This is an income based program. You will be asked how you receive your income (ie: Employment, Disability, Social Security, etc.).
- What’s Covered: Free spay or neuter surgery for your pet and a 1 year rabies vaccination if needed.
