An Evening Celebrating the Magic of Rescues
You may be wondering, "Why a Magician?"
A rescue animal adopted into a loving home often experiences a gradual shift from fear and uncertainty to trust, comfort, and joy. In a similar way, a person watching close-up magic can move from skepticism or confusion to amazement, curiosity, and delight. Both experiences create a sense of wonder by replacing uncertainty with joy. Just as a rescue animal begins to believe it is safe and cared for, a spectator of close-up magic is invited to let go of certainty and embrace the excitement of the unknown. In both cases, the emotional journey leaves a lasting impression built on connection, surprise, and hope.
Baywater helps more than 1,000 animals annually.
Most are brought in by loving families facing difficult situations.
Others are abandoned and left for themselves in the elements.
Still others receive food from our Pet Food Pantry so they can stay in their homes.

Nearly 780 animals have found loving families and forever homes to share warm, fun, and loving days! At this time we have only 18 rescues in our care who have been with us for more than 12 months. That is a 97.6% placement rate!!!
