• Time slots are limited and must be scheduled with Baywater. Walk-ins for this event will not be accepted.
• This service is available to low-income pet owners who are residents of Dorchester County, Maryland.
• To qualify for free services you must show proof of the following:
  • ​Dorchester County, MD residency
  • AND
  • Government financial assistance
  • OR
  • Income reflecting prior 30 days of earnings
• You must complete one form per animal
• Dogs must be leashed (no retractible leashes)
• Cats must be in carriers (one cat per carrier)
• Do not bring animals showing signs of illness
